About Me

Lady P. became a personal trainer in 2009. In addition to personal training she also instructs fitness classes such as: Zumba Gold, Drums Alive, Silver Sneakers, and Kids Zumba. Lady P. has a deep desire to help people achieve their individual fitness goals! She was blessed to release her first Fitness DVD, "Energize through Exercise," which is available for purchase today.
